The Office 365 tab in CCP invites to activate subdomain. Activation attempt fails with the following error:
Can't create account: Customer details are missing
The following lines might be observed in
sitelog on the application endpoint during subdomain activation:
[ 7] ERROR aps_endpoint: Error occured during customer creation. Partner Exception: Error Category: BadInput Service Error Payload: Error code: 2001 Error message: Customer details are missing Error data: billingProfile.defaultAddress.addressLine1
In the meantime, Sales Order may be in the Long Running Operation status, and there is Provisioning "Subscription" for the APS application Office 365 task, which queues with the Rescheduled status.
Postal address is not filled in the Account Details.
