Symptoms

  1. AWStats statistic data is not available or displays 0 visitors for particular or several websites.

  2. Website log contains information about visitors on corresponding IIS node under webspace location.

  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\SWsoft\PEM\logparser.bat.log on IIS Shared Hosting node contains error like:

    Error: ACE_Thread::setspecific() failed!: Resource temporarily unavailable
  4. Not possible to login to FTP website on AWStats node using valid credentials.

Cause

IIS logs were not uploaded to AWStats FTP storage due unavailability of remote FTP server.

Resolution

Make sure that it is possible to login to AWStats FTP server using IP Address and credentials from C:\Program Files (x86)\SWsoft\PEM\etc\configm.xml (on IIS Shared Hosting node).
