Symptoms
On attempt to add an Exchange mailbox in CCP fails with:
No one mailbox template is available now. Possible corresponding resource limit is reached.
Cause
Service Template, the subscription is based on, strongly referencing to an Mailbox Template which is deleted currently.
Check the Parameters tab of the Service Template in question. The following message will appear:
SYSTEM_ERROR.DETAIL.CAPTION
Module: "Exchange", code = "130" Properties: planId = "32". Message: "There is no Mailbox Template with identifier 32.".
where 32 - is our deleted Mailbox Template.
Such behavior is reported to Odin Development team as request #POA-54897: "Possible to remove mailbox template while it is linked with Resource Type or Service Template".
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support in order to apply workaround for POA-54897. Manual DB intervention is required.
