Symptoms
CCP v2 displays several VEs with status Configuring... despite those VEs are running and manageable.
Cause
The affected VEs were created in OA 6 and did not have the APS property 'osName', the absence of which results in displayed status Configuring....
VEs provisioned after the upgrade to OA 7 have the required property configured and their statuses display properly.
The misbehavior will be fixed in the scope of the software issue #CCU-14850.
Workaround
As a workaround, the APS property 'osName' can be set up manually for the affected VE. Contact Odin Technical Support to execute that operation for all affected subscriptions.
