Symptoms
Advanced Subscription Split Mode of Syndication > CSP conversion procedure. completeMOSI2CSP.py script:
python completeMOSI2CSP.py --conversion-mode resplitAdvanced --on-hold yes --csp-app-instance-id 319378 --pba --input-file advancedResplit-test_msft-response.csv --out-file advancedResplit-test_import.csv
fails with:
Call PlacePlanPeriodSwitchOrder_API method
Unexpected error: Order instance has no attribute '__getitem__'
Cause
Responses of PlacePlanPeriodSwitchOrder_API and PlaceSubscriptionCancellationOrder_API methods are different, thus appropriate Service Plan cannot be found.
Request #APSA-19081: "Office365: completeMOSI2CSP.py: Unexpected error: Order instance has no attribute '__getitem__'" has been addressed to Odin Development team in order to fix this issue.
