Symptoms
Two-page checkout form is enabled. After accepting terms from the second page of the checkout form exception one of exceptions below is shown:
The username or password is incorrect.
You are trying to login under user that doesn't own some of the services added to the shopping cart. Please make sure that you have spelled correctly login and password.
Order cannot be placed.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-82624 ("Order cannot be placed: "The username or password is incorrect.""). It happens for the 0-total orders when the paramaters of the checkout screen are like below:
NODISPLAY_PAYTOOL auto
REGFORM_TYPE Full
TWO_PAGE true
Resolution
The same scenario works correctly in case NODISPLAY_PAYTOOL set to false or TWO_PAGE is set to false. If you need to keep the current configuration, please contact Odin Technical Support for the workaround.
