Subscriptions have different statuses in CCPv2. Main screen shows the following notification tile:
SUBSCRIPTION STOPPED (PUT ON CREDIT HOLD)
While subscriptions are Active actually on the Account > Subscriptions screen and in Provider CP.
The issue is caused by #PBA-82577 "CCPv2: "SUBSCRIPTION STOPPED (PUT ON CREDIT HOLD)"
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the software-related issue.
As a workaround, please, follow the steps below:
- Go to System > Settings > Control Panels > Enable/Disable CCP v2 > Customers
- Find the required account
- Change its CCP version from 2 to 1
- Change it back to CCPv2
