Symptoms

Subscriptions have different statuses in CCPv2. Main screen shows the following notification tile:

SUBSCRIPTION STOPPED (PUT ON CREDIT HOLD)

While subscriptions are Active actually on the Account > Subscriptions screen and in Provider CP.

Cause

The issue is caused by #PBA-82577 "CCPv2: "SUBSCRIPTION STOPPED (PUT ON CREDIT HOLD)"

Resolution

Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the software-related issue.

As a workaround, please, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to System > Settings > Control Panels > Enable/Disable CCP v2 > Customers
  2. Find the required account
  3. Change its CCP version from 2 to 1
  4. Change it back to CCPv2
