Symptoms
DNS record for a domain has been added/adjusted from the providers'/reseller's control panel or added by pem.createDNSRecord. When viewing the records in the CCP v2 DATA is either absent or left with a previous value. When clicking the record, correct information is shown.
Cause
APS resource of type /pa/dns/record/a/1.0 contains two different fields with DNS record data: "data" and "address". They are updated in different ways:
- only
"address"property value is updated from Provider CP/created with API; - both
"data"and"address"property values are updated from CCPv2;
The issue has been confirmed as a bug with id #POA-113383 ("data" APS resource value not updated for DNS records on PCP modifications").
Resolution
The issue is expected to be fixed in OSA 7.3.
