When trying to register a new domain through CCP v2, one may notice that no domain name is found though it is free if checking it with some external Whois service. It is possible to register this domain through PCP/RCP/CCP v1.

A domain service plan, which is used to register the TLD in question, has all fees equal to zero. Currently, CCP v2 does not allow selling free domains. This behaviour will be improved in the scope of a request PFR-1685. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at to clarify the status of PFR-1685.

Some non-zero fee must be set for a domain service plan period. If it is still required to sell such domains for free, a global promotion of 100% discount for the required domain service plan must be configured.
