Subscription was unexpectedly terminated during Daily Billing process right after the Expiration date though subscription's Service Terms define Grace and Hold periods as a huge number like 9 999 999 days. If option "Destroy Service after Hold Period" is disabled and the subscription is restored, corresponding Renewal order can contain incorrect description and details that have dates far in the past.

Behaviour was confirmed as #PBA-70896 and will be fixed in the future versions of the product. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at to clarify the status of #PBA-70896.

To avoid such cases in the future set Grace and Hold periods of Service Terms to less values, for example, 1000 days. To correct balances of customers where incorrect Renewal orders were generated submit a Credit Memo document or refund it.
