Symptoms
A subscription change order fails with the following error message:
The order provisioning has failed.
The last error - "Change Service Plan failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #2006, extype_id #20, module_id #ResourceManagement, Resource #534355 does not exist.. . Change Service Plan failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #2006, extype_id #20, module_id #ResourceManagement, Resource #534355 does not exist.. .".
Source and target service templates include APS 1.2/2.0 resources.
The issue is common for Syndication to CSP migration scenario.
Cause
There is a misconfiguration of resources included into source and target STs.
Resolution
Examine the set of resources included into source and target STs and make sure there are no unnecessary resources inside the target ST.
