Symptoms
Cannot create Mozy service - the error below prevents from proceeding:
Unique validation failed
Cause
The error displays right under the field that is not unique. It means that there is already provisioned Mozy service with the same value (of company name or email etc.).
Resolution
Alter the necessary value so that OA can validate its uniqueness.
