Symptoms
Provider wanted to switch brand's UI server to another one via menu Settings > Brands > cp.provider.local > Edit, but there are no available UI servers for switching, no drop-down menu and even currently select UI server is not shown.
Cause
Provider is restricted to a set of service nodes and there are no UI servers among them. If provider's account (1) is added to one or several service nodes (Node > General > Provisioning Configuration), OA expects that account is restricted only to this set of nodes. This behavior is investigated in scope of report POA-89755 by Engineering team.
Resolution
There are three possible workaround for this issue:
Remove all assignments of provider's account from nodes restricted to it;
Restrict UI nodes to provider's account. Use with caution since in case of shared nodes, that will disallow resellers from provisioning on them;
- Manually change rewrite rules of brand on Apache hosting. Use with caution since all changes will be rewritten upon next brand settings change.
