Symptoms
After logging in to CCPv2, a popup to change the login to email-based format appears. After pressing the Cancel button, the home page remains empty with no piles on the dashboard.
Cause
The behavior is recognized as a software issue with ID APS-42868: (CCPv2: canceling the update login popup leads to a blank home page)

Contact TAM or PTA (pta@odin.com) to get the fix.
