Symptoms
Customer would like to completely disable SMTP authentication in OA to be able to use an open mail relay SMTP server for delivering OA notification e-mail messages.
Server's adress is added to the System > Settings > System Notifications > Hostname, Username and Pasword fields are empty, but "Send Notification" tasks are failing with:
535 5.7.0 authentication failed

Cause
Software-related issue #APS-42843: "SMTP settings: impossible to disable SMTP authentication in order to support open mail relay servers".
