Symptoms
When sorting the list of backups by creation date in CCP, the order is incorrect. Some of the backups that were created earlier are shown in the end of the list if order the list by increasing date.
Cause
Since OA 7.1 backup creation time is registered in DB as 'timestamp' (before upgrade it was usual 'date/time' format). OA does not interpret the timestamps and disorders the list.
The situation will be fixed in the scope of the software issue #CCU-16903.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team (pta@odin.com) in order to trace the current status the aforementioned issues. Fix is planned for one of the future product updates.
