Symptoms
Login process into CCPv2 takes more than 8 second to complete, while customer has only several subscriptions: one or two.
From the core.log it could be seen that getHostingInfoListForSubscriptions method consumes most of the time:

Cause
Software-related issue #APS-42753: "OA: CCP is opening slowly while customer has only 4 subscriptions for account."
