Symptoms
When clicking on VPS tab in CCPv2 it starts loading and never completes. The following error message can be found in the Firefox debug console:
Service Plan with # XXX not found
where XXX is an ID of some OACI service plan.
However, the service plan with ID XXX exists.
Cause
Such behaviour was recognized as a software issue CCU-14985: VPS Screen hangs for Unpublished Service Plan. The issue occurs in case the reported service plan is not in the Published state.
Resolution
As a workaround the reported service plan can be either deleted or published at Billing > Service Plan > Publication Status > Published.
