Customer desires to disable autolink feature for domains: when a customer purchases an Office365 subscription his domains should not be added to Office365 automatically (having MX records or not).

Office365 Subscriber's Guide currently states:

When you purchase the Office 365 application, all existing account domains and domains purchased along with the application are automatically added to your Office 365 organization. Also, the Exchange Online and Lync Online services are automatically added to these domains.
Note: If a domain has MX DNS records, this domain is not added automatically to your Office 365 organization.

Is there a way to disable this feature?

Feature Request #APSA-18525: "Disable Autolink feature for Office365 domains" has been created to implement such functionality.

Contact or TAM to trace the status of the Feature Request.

Additionally it is possible to create a disabled MX record in domain's zone which does not work actually but prevents domain autolink functionality.
