Symptoms
On attempt to install MySQL5plus PPM package on Centos 7 Service Node the following error could be seen in the Package installation failed event:

Reason: Failed to process executeInstallSequence at xpath tail INSTALL/POST/child::* for pkgId: 753, ex message is: Failed to process EXEC command for package MySQL5plus of type service having pkgId: 753, exception message: Invalid exitCode, HCL out: 1
HCL err: Warning: Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure. mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)'
Job for mysqld.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status mysqld.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Platform Service Controller MySQL 7.1.0.5 has Active status.
Cause
Software-related issue #POA-111093: "[7.2] Failed to register MySQL 5.6 node".
