Symptoms
Store synchronization fails:
Synchronization failed with error: Operation failed with error code : 28; Operation timed out after 60001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received.
Billing.log does not show any verbose error - StoreSyncConfSynchronize_API just fails in 1 minute after sending sync request to store. Store.log shows that the request was actually received and processed, but it took more than 1 minute to complete the store sync.
Cause
The issue is caused by store screens with option SHOW_APPLICATION_SERVICE_PARAMETERS set to true - it takes a lot of time to process such screens properly, which is a bug with id #PBA-80989("Slow synchronization store with AZURE plan in purchase scenario").
