How to manually synchronize changes for Office 365 subscription between OA and Microsoft cloud?
Answer
There is no button to run synchronizaion for Office 365 subscription in CCPv2. In order to perform manual synchronization, follow the steps:
- Enable CCPv1 at
OA > System > Settings > Enable/Disable CCP v2
- Go to
CCP > Office 365 and click the Synchronize Now
