Symptoms
Office 365. Synchronize now feature does not work with Public API HTTP Authentication enabled.
The following error appears in CCP instead of synchronization results:

Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-18407: "Office365: Unable to use "Synchronize now" option with OA API HTTP Authentication enabled.".
