One can create duplicated MX record for a domain.

  1. Proceed to PCP > Domains > > DNS records > Add new DNS Record.
  2. Create new MX record.
  3. Create another MX record with the different data.
  4. Edit record data of the new record and enter the same parameters as for the MX record, created at step 2.
  5. Duplicated DNS record successfully created.

As a result, record cannot be correctly propagated to the NS server.


Issue is acknowledged as POA-111777.


Remove one of the records and repropagate domain to the nameserver using the pem.syncNameServer API method.
