There is a Billing Order which lacks Resource Recurring Details for a resource. At the same time there is a failed Change Order which affects the resource. The subscription Resource status is "Failed".
The issue is caused by #PBA-77709 "Resources not billed if there is a failed change order".
Please contact your Tecnical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates to clarify status of the software issue. As a workaround, please, create a debit memo for a customer for a required amount.
