Symptoms
Every screen of CLM-related pages in CCP has ID 0.00.00.00 instead of the correct values. This in particular affects adding of Help boxes information. Since all screens have the same ID, one Help box configuration will be applied to all CLM screens.
Cause
This behaviour is recognized as software-related issue #POA-83927.
Resolution
#POA-83927 has been permanently fixed in version 7.0 of Operations Automation.
In order to work around the issue, put the attached clm-screen-ids.jar file into /usr/local/pem/ui/WEB-INF/lib/ directory on all UI servers and restart pemui service using the following command:
# service pemui restart
