Symptoms

Adding a detail to a credit memo causes "No access granted to the method" error.

  1. Go Home > Finance > Documents;
  2. Click on "Add New Credit Memo" butttion;
  3. Select an Account and fill the Description, click "Next";
  4. Click on "Add Detail" button;

The following error can be observed:

No access granted to the method

Cause

The is caused by #PBA-77985 "Adding Credit Memo detail requires excessive privileges".

Resolution

As a workaround, please, perform the steps below:

  1. Go Home > System > Users;
  2. Find the User under which account the error occurred;
  3. Switch to "Billing Roles" tab;
  4. Click on the required Role;
  5. Click on "Add New Priviledge" button;

  6. Assign one of the following Privileges to the Role:

    PRODUCT_MANAG_MODIF_PLANS
CONFIG_GLOBAL_SETTINGS
PRODUCT_MANAG_CONFIGURE
