"Licenses" screen hangs in loading state for account in CCPv2 mode.
Browser console error:

Error: Tried to register widget with id==licenses.manage.list.[license_resource_UID]_[tenant_resource_UID] but that id is already registered


Two or more OA Resource Types are referencing to the same APS resource of type Office365/License. Check Resource Type' Activation Parameters tab in order to check it.

For example:

1002571 Office 365 Business Essentials          4dfdaf46-bbce-4fed-8561-2e7d236b3328   
1004168 Office 365 Business Essentials (Syndication Transition)  4dfdaf46-bbce-4fed-8561-2e7d236b3328        


Remove one of the affected Resource Types from affected subscription and corresponding Service Template.
