Symptoms
Attempt to cancel the failed order fails:
Fraud Check #ID is already released
Cause
There is a fraud check in the unprocessed status (in the status Hold) which due to bug with id #PBA-80769 ("Orders with unprocessed fraud checks for cannot be cancelled") prevents order cancellation.
Resolution
Delete the unprocessed fraud check attached to the order and cancel the order.
