Symptoms
Azure CSP 4.1-66 application version. Cyrillic symbols (in the company name for instance) are replaced with question marks (?????) on the Azure Portal side.
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-18218: "Account name in Russian is replaced with ???? signs in Azure portal".
