Symptoms
One tries to remove default notifications from a Staff Member as per the following steps:
- System > Settings > System Notifications > Notification Subscriptions > Reqired Staff Member;
- Mark notification;
- Click Delete button
The screen gets refreshed, but no changes are applied.
Cause
The issue is acknowledged as POA-111423: Impossible to unsubscribe user from 'default' notification
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to trace the status of the issue.
