Symptoms
A duplicated Office 365 tab appears in CCPv2 :
Navigation item IDs are different:

Cause
There is Office365/Tenant resource in is_activated: activating state in scope of affected customer account.
Resolution
Check if there are unprocessed or canceled tasks, related to Office365 subscription of affected account.
