Symptoms
LSH to NG migration script fails with the following error:
ERROR Unsatisfied prerequisite: Cannot migrate webspaces from host '<NG_SERVER>', some of required services were not found on it: Apache, Proftpd
The first run failed in a different way, and the issues got addressed, but now it is not possible to resume the migration.
The webspace itself is already located on the NG cluster.
Cause
Error appears because during script execution some action returning error were ignored. This resulted in the webspace to be actually migrated, but the subscription remained on old plan. The issue is going to be handled in scope of POA-89961.
Resolution
The workaround is to revert the migration of the subscription and re-launch it without using the restore point.
In case the revert does not work, it is possible to comment the part of webspace transfer and leave the rest of the actions to get executed. Contact Odin Technical Support to apply the solution.
