A task to upgrade APS application instance fails with the output as below:

Internal error: APSC: Upgrade to ver. 2.0-670 : resource 6af1c235-83fd-4e50-88e5-1a70b1c15335 of type 'globals' ( for APS application 'Acronis Backup Cloud-2.0-670' : Internal Server Error: Empty result from APSC by the following link: APS\Link Object

This error is thrown during second task execution. The cause is that after first task failure some APS resources stuck in aps:unprovisioning state, but application version had been updated in OA DB.

Such behavior is considered as a software issue #APS-33402: application version can be updated while the whole upgrade is rolled back.

The issue was fixed in OA 7.0. In case OA 6.0 is in use, please contact Odin Technical Support in order to resolve the issue.
