Symptoms
A task to upgrade APS application instance fails with the output as below:

Cause
This error is thrown during second task execution. The cause is that after first task failure some APS resources stuck in aps:unprovisioning state, but application version had been updated in OA DB.
Such behavior is considered as a software issue #APS-33402: application version can be updated while the whole upgrade is rolled back.
Resolution
The issue was fixed in OA 7.0. In case OA 6.0 is in use, please contact Odin Technical Support in order to resolve the issue.
