Symptoms
A user with a MozyPro license assigned was removed via CCP > Mozy > Users > Remove User.
Once the removal completes, the usage of the corresponding resource is not updated in CCP > Home > Subscription Resources.
Cause
The license resource exists as an APS counter resource, so its usage is only updated during Synchronize resource usage for instances of APS applications periodic task execution.
Resolution
Wait for the periodic task completion or run it manually.
