Symptoms
On attempt to remove a domain from Hosted Domains section the following error appears:
Error message: "Unforeseen error occurred while unassigning domain from server. Check parameters and try again."
A-type DNS record cannot be deleted as well, error message is:
"Record '_recordId_' isn't deleted because is used by another service"
Cause
Duplicated entries in the dns_record_references OA DB table, marked as manual.
This behavior has been submitted as request #POA-111002: "Domain can not be removed if dns record has 'APS' and 'manual' reference".
Resolution
Please contact TAM or pta@odin.com to trace the status of the request. Also, workaround for this case could be applied by Odin Technical Support.
