When switching between tab Additional Info and some other tab of some Reseller account one can observe the following UI error:

Parse page error: Window BM::Account_MyResellersListXML not found


Observed behaviour caused by software-related issue #PBA-79822 ("Exception in UI: "Parse page error: Window BM::Account_MyResellersListXML not found"").


To workaround this issue it is enough to reopen the reseller from Operations > Resellers menu.
