On attempt to create a user with "apostrophe" (') symbol in its login the following error appears:

(Username (login) can contain any letters, digits, hyphens, at-sign (@), dots and underscores, length must be in range from 3 to 254)  

This error appears in case CCPv1 and REST request. Same time, users with apostrophe symbol can be created in CCPv2.


Software-related issue #APS-41527: "apostrophe" (') is not allowed in service user login".
