Is there any way to display the customer's subscription ID or subscription name using placeholder in Order Notification Template?
Answer
There is no placeholder for displaying subscription ID or subscription name in Order Notification Template. This behaviour cannot be workarounded.
To implement such functionality in the future versions of our product Feature Request #PBA-33148 was submitted. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate at pta@odin.com in order to clarify the status of this request.
