Symptoms

An account owns >700 staff members.

Placing a sales order for any service results in error:

DBService invocation error: JBAS014162: Transaction is required for invocation

The error is thrown in 5 minutes.

The issue is acknowledged as POA-110234: pem.activateSubscription does not end in 5 minutes in case of >800 staff members on account

Increase PAU transaction timeout to a sufficient value. The approximate rate 5 minutes per 700 staff members.
