Symptoms
It is not possible to add new domain regardless of hosting type in both PCP and CCP. The following error is shown:
An unforeseen error occurred.
In core.log one might find the following lines:

Additional factor is decommissioning or migration of one or several DNS servers.
Cause
Misconfiguration in OSA database. One of DNS hosting types was erroneously configured to use old DNS servers.
Resolution
The issue occurs due to non-standard settings, that were done manually in OSA database. Please contact Odin Technical Support in order to resolve the issue.
