How can I submit technical support ticket for OBAS if I have valid support contract?



1) Use the Odin self-service:

2) Use Support web-site wizard: Open link: Follow the wizard steps, and provide your support code xxxxx-xxxxx Submit the server credentials form and the ticket will be created.

If you can not login to self-service portal, or the system does not accept the support code, please contact Odin Customer Support:
