Symptoms
Even though WordPress resource is available in the subscription, there is no WordPress option in CCP > Hosted Domains > test.tld > Summary > Site Applications > Install.
Cause
All versions of the APS application are not in "Enabled" status in PCP > Services > Applications > WordPress.
Resolution
Enable the required version of the APS application.
