Symptoms
On attempt to open Office365 application instance the following error appears in browser console:
code=500: Connection reset by peer
CCP > Office365 tab cannot be opened as well.
Cause
Connection issue between Management Node and Office365 Endpoint host.
Resolution
Check that:
1. Firewall Requirements are met.
2. IP and Domain Restrictions set up correctly. Also, check "Allow all" option for the test purposes.
3. Gateway site bindings are OK in IIS: contain assigned IP address, proper certificate.
4. Check Endpoint database user. Compare user password from web.config file with Security settings in MSSQL Management Studio interface.
