Symptoms
There is a reseller in the status Active, which has not been initialized - currency is not set, there is no event Reseller Initialized for this reseller.
Cause
Most probably the reseller was put on (administrative) hold and then released. Due to the bug #PBA-30304 ("Not initialized Account can be made Active if put on, then released from Hold") an account becomes active after release.
