Cannot change webspace IP type to shared. No item in dropdown menu.

Symptoms

When updating webspace hosting settings, no "Shared IPv4" item is available.

Cause

Limit of "Name based virtual host" resource type in corresponding subscription is set to 0.

Resolution

Increase the limit of resource "Name based virtual host" in corresponding subscription.
