  1. OACI subscription was ordered from the Online Store.
  2. Provisioning order failed.
  3. Subscription's service status displays as "Not Provisioned" in BA, but still its CCP is available for customer and VEs can be created.
  4. Provisioning task in OA failed with error:

    Last execution output   Instance Manager rejects the request with the message P30002: Cannot find suitable hardware node


Despite the VE provisioning failed (which makes corresponding order failing), the subscription was activated in OA. That allowed the customer to operate it.

Such incorrect behavior was caused by software issue #CCU-14238.


The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product update. Contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA team ( to trace the status of #CCU-14238.
