Symptoms
Sales or Renewal Order for ENOM SSL certificate fails with the following error:
<Err1>An error occurred: [CODE: -2019] [MESSAGE: Missing or Invalid Field: CSR]</Err1>
<Err2>Cannot parse CSR. It may be invalid.</Err2>
Cause
If CSR is generated by BA, issue most probably relates to the bug with id #PBA-77215 ("[CERTENOM] SO order provisioning has failed").
Resolution
For BA 6.0.9 - install hotfix #130143.
