Symptoms
An attempt to switch DNS Hosting type in PCP fails:
Module: "DnsZoneMutator", code = "1" Message: "java.lang.NullPointerException".
Also there is no usage of DNS hosting resource for corresponding subscription.
Cause
hosting_id field is empty for domain zone in OA DB.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to update the field manually in OA DB.
