There is an account in the status Cancelled, however this account's subscriptions are active/running.
An issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-29158 ("Subscriptions are not stopped on Account Cancellation").

If you need to delete all the subscriptions - process the cancellation order, click
Destroy button if some of the subscriptions were not destroyed.
If you need to reactive an account - cancel a cancellation order and click
Activate Account button on the general settings of the account.
